About this activity
No prior dance experience is necessary. Our sessions are designed to be inclusive and fun, featuring a mix of structured movements, free-form expression, and sometimes live or recorded music. Participants are always free to move at their own pace and in their own way—there's no right or wrong way to dance. The focus is on enjoying movement, connecting with others, and celebrating the unique expression each person brings to the dance floor.
